PLAYERS LEAGUE VIP
Privacy
Last updated: 5 August 2026.
Who is responsible
Players League VIP is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to join@playersleague.vip.
Founding-player information
When someone joins the founding-player list, we collect their gamer name, email address, main game, platform and country. A Discord or X username and comments about feature priorities are optional. We also record the submission time, consent version and website source.
Why we use it
We use founding-player information to manage the early-access list, send relevant project or beta updates, understand which games and features players want, respond to requests and protect the form from misuse. Where UK data-protection law applies, consent is relied upon for founding-list communications and legitimate interests may be relied upon for security and basic service operation.
Age
The founding-player form is intended for people aged 13 or older. People under 13 should not submit personal information through the form. No token purchase or wallet is required to register.
Storage and service providers
Registrations are stored in a protected Supabase database. Vercel hosts the website and processes the secure registration request. These providers may process limited technical information, such as network and security logs, to deliver and protect their services. Information may be processed in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area or other locations using the providers' applicable data-protection safeguards.
Sharing
We do not sell founding-player information. Access is limited to authorised project administrators and service providers that support website hosting, database storage, security or communications. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect users, the project or the public.
Retention
We keep founding-player information while it is reasonably needed for the early-access programme and related project communications. Records are reviewed periodically and deleted when they are no longer needed, when valid consent is withdrawn and no other lawful reason requires retention, or when a valid deletion request applies.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to certain use, or withdraw consent for future founding-list communications. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful use. Some rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. Requests can be sent to join@playersleague.vip. UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Wallet features
The Add PLVIP function asks a compatible wallet to display the official token. The website does not receive wallet recovery phrases or private keys and will never ask for them.
Cookies and local storage
The public website does not currently use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. The private administrator page uses temporary browser session storage to keep an authorised administrator signed in within that browser tab.
Automated decisions
Founding-player registrations are not used for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Security
We use access controls, authentication, database permissions and Row Level Security to restrict registration records. No internet service can promise absolute security, so users should avoid submitting sensitive information that the form does not request.
Updates
This notice may be updated as the project develops. Material changes will be published on this page before new uses of personal information begin where required.
